1. The Offer

Shutters by Balaz is offering a 10% discount on the first £1,000 of the net order value (excluding VAT) on qualifying orders placed during the promotional period. This promotion has been advertised on printed leaflets distributed in Hampshire, Berkshire, and.

The maximum discount available under this promotion is £100 (10% of £1,000). No further discount applies to any portion of the order value above £1,000.

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to residential customers only.
• The offer applies to new orders placed during the promotional period.
• The discount is applied once per household address.
• The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional code unless expressly stated in writing by Shutters by Balaz.
• The customer must present or reference the promotional leaflet (or its unique code, if applicable) at the time of booking or when confirming the order.

3. How the Discount Is Calculated

The 10% discount applies only to the first £1,000 of the net order value. This means:

The promotion is not a recurring discount. It does not apply to every £1,000 spent — it applies once, to the first £1,000 of a single qualifying order only. Customers who place multiple separate orders are not entitled to claim the discount on each order.

4. Promotional Period

This promotion is valid for orders confirmed in writing (deposit paid) on or before 31 December 2026, or until further notice. Shutters by Balaz reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation & Deposit

The promotional discount will be applied to the final written quotation provided after the free home survey. The discount is only secured once a signed order confirmation and deposit payment have been received by Shutters by Balaz within the promotional period.

6. Exclusions

• The promotion does not apply to commercial or trade orders.
• The promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed or confirmed.
• The discount does not apply to delivery charges, survey fees (where applicable), or any additional services not included in the standard supply-and-fit quotation.
• VAT is charged at the standard rate on the discounted net price and is not subject to the promotional reduction.

7. General Terms

All orders remain subject to the standard Terms & Conditions of Shutters by Balaz. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the standard Terms & Conditions, the standard Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Shutters by Balaz reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the promotional discount in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation.
