The Family Behind the Business
My name is Abel Balaz. I founded Shutters by Balaz — the trading name of Balaz Enterprise Global Ltd (Companies House: 16373292), a company registered in England and Wales at 44b Hackwood Road, Basingstoke, RG21 3AE — with one goal: to supply and fit premium, made-to-measure plantation shutters at a fair, transparent price, without the overheads of a national franchise.
We are a small, close-knit family team. Every survey, measurement, and installation is carried out by us — not subcontractors, not call centres. When you book with Shutters by Balaz, you deal with the same people from first contact to final fitting.
We cover Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey — including Winchester, Basingstoke, Southampton, Andover, Reading, Newbury, and all surrounding towns. Every installation comes with a fixed price from £265/m², a free home survey, and a minimum 5-year warranty.
